To facilitate a more paw-friendly environment, Maritime Square unveil a range of new and upgraded facilities. The green balcony and roof garden of Maritime Square 2 transformed into pet friendly area, offering a safe and open space for pets to run freely and enjoy themselves. Moreover, the green balcony will also debut the brand-new “Live Fresh Paw Park”, equipped with play facilities such as small ramps and pet tunnels, giving furry friends the chance to play, exercise and strengthen their coordination and balance.

In addition, various new pet-friendly amenities are introduced, including pet stroller parking lots & cat/dog waste station, making outings with your furry friends more convenient and hassle-free. Multiple outdoor paw-friendly photo spots are also set up for owners to capture adorable moments with their pets. The mall also provide pet stroller lending service and introduce cat/dog priority lift to ensure visitors and their pets can explore Maritime Square with ease.

Terms and Conditions

Please follow the guidelines when you bring your pet cats and dogs to Maritime Square “Live Fresh Paw Park” :

1. Only domesticated pet cats and dogs(“Pet(s)”) are permitted to enter the Maritime Square Paw Park.

2. “Fighting dogs”, or other “known dangerous dogs” as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) are not allowed to enter Maritime Square and Paw Park.

3. Cat(s) and/or dog(s) are permitted to be walked on the Paw Park but should at all times be under proper control and be effectively restrained from causing nuisance or danger to others.

4. Medium or large dogs (over 40cm) are required to wear mask.

5. Do not enter the Paw Park if your pet’s health condition is ill or sick including carrying infectious diseases. Except as required by law, the organizer is not responsible for any accidents, losses, or personal injuries, regardless of cause.

6. Pet owners shall be solely responsible for any injuries to their pet(s) and/or injuries to other pets/people while at the Paw Park. In additional they shall be solely responsible for damage to and/or loss of property and/or belongings of other pets/persons or Maritime Square property. For the avoidance of doubt, Maritime Square shall not be responsible and does not assume any liability for any such injuries, damage to and/or loss, whether such injuries, damage and/or loss is caused by the Maritime Square or otherwise.

7. Your pet(s) should not be left unattended under any circumstances.

8. Pet owners shall always keep the environment in clean and hygienic condition, and use their own sealed bags, containers and/or tools for immediate clean-up of any fouls or urine of their pet(s) before proper disposal.

9. Pet owners must comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations, Terms and Conditions and the instructions of the Maritime Square staff. If pet owners are found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and/or if the Management Office in its sole discretion determines that the behaviors of the pet owners or their pet(s) are a threat to and/or a disturbance to others, the Management Office shall have the right to request the cat/dog owners and their pet(s) to leave immediately the Paw Park and/or Maritime Square.

10. Management Office has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of Management Office will be final and binding on all parties concerned.

11. By bringing your Pet(s) into Maritime Square Paw Park, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to above Terms and Conditions.

12. Customers must agree to and comply with the mall’s “Guidelines for Cats and Dogs owners”.
