1. The promotion is eligible for MTR Mobile registered users (“registered user”) who log in to MTR Mobile account successfully from 12:00nn  on 29 July 2026 (“promotion period”).  The MTR Mobile account must be a valid account.

2. A total of  2,200 pcs HK$500 MTR Malls Fashion and Beauty brands eCoupon, and 20,000 set of HK$300 MTR Malls Designated eCoupon, will be offered during the promotion period on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.  Each registered user can only get a maximum of ONE pc / set of each eCoupon respectively during the promotion period.

3. HK$500 MTR Malls Fashion and Beauty brands eCoupon is applicable to participating shops of Fashion, Shoes & Bags, Sports, Kids Wear and Optical categories and Designated Beauty brands upon net spending of HK$2,000 or above at Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The LOHAS, The Wai, THE SOUTHSIDE, Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, The Lane, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre and Hanford Plaza. It is valid from 1 July 2026 to 12 July 2026.

4. HK$300 MTR Malls Designated eCoupon includes HK$100 MTR Malls Designated eCoupon Type A , Type B and Type C one each respectively.  Each type of Malls eCoupon is applicable to various of designated participating shop. Please click here for the participation shop list.

5. HK$100 MTR Malls Designated eCoupon (Type A) is applicable to designated participating shops at Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The LOHAS, The Wai, THE SOUTHSIDE, Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, The Lane, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre and Hanford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used upon net spending of HK$500 or above. A max of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. It is valid from 1 July 2026 to 12 July 2026.

HK$10 MTR Malls Designated eCoupon (Type B) is applicable to designated participating shops at Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The LOHAS, The Wai, THE SOUTHSIDE, Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, The Lane, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre and Hanford Plaza. A max of 1 eCoupons can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon canoonot be used at the same time. It is valid from 1 July 2026 to 12 July 2026.

7. HK$100 MTR Malls Designated eCoupon (Type C) is applicable to designated participating shops at Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The LOHAS, The Wai, THE SOUTHSIDE, Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, The Lane, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre and Hanford Plaza. A max of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. This eCoupon is not applicable to purchase of any contact lens or accessories in designated shops including D-in Optical, eGG Optical Boutique, Image Optical, LENSCRAFTERS, Optical 88, OWNDAYS, Ray-Ban, Rich Honor, Sunglass Hut, Zoff. It is valid from 1 July 2026 to 12 July 2026.

8. For members who have successfully grabbed an MTR Malls eCoupon, a confirmation record will be shown on the screen. MTR Malls eCoupon will be placed in the “Valid” page under “My collection” in the MTR Mobile account of the registered user who has successfully grabbed the offer within 24 hours.v

9. The validity date of the above MTR Malls eCoupon please according to the date on each eCoupon.

10. MTR Malls eCoupon shall not be refundable, redeemable for cash and no cash refund is provided for unutilized amounts.

11. MTR Malls eCoupon is not applicable to any value-adding service (exclude game centers) or payment service, purchase of any gift and shopping voucher and 999.9 gold (excluding gold accessories).

12. MTR Malls and the participating Merchants will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/ inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer, which caused failure of completion of order/transaction or other issues of order/transaction.

13. All records from the MTR system database are the only official and correct version.

14. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eCoupon to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. MTR Malls and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. MTR Malls also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons and eVouchers already redeemed at merchants. MTR Malls shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupon improperly.

15. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of MTR Point Scheme and MTR Malls eVoucher Scheme. Should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 16. MTR Malls reserve the right to alter the promotion mechanics and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  In the event of any dispute, the decision of MTR shall be final and binding.

17. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
