How to Participate:

Step 1: Redeem 1 Family admission eTicket with 1,000 MTR Points via the “Redeem Rewards” section on MTR Mobile.

Step 2: Reserve date and time slot as per instruction.

Step 3: Arrive venue 10 minutes before the reserved time slot, show the QR code of the eTicket for registration.

*Each family admission eTicket can only enter Bouncing Playground for one time only in reserved time slot, and it shall be invalid once expired.

*Online Registration cannot reserve on-date time slot. Participants shall complete the reservation process by 11:59 PM on the day before the selected date. Registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to our system records.

*If participants cannot arrive during the reserved time slot shall be regarded as given up. eTicket and related MTR points will not be reissued.

A limited number of Family admission eTickets will be available for on-site redemption with 1,000 MTR Points, starting 30 minutes before each session. eTickets of each session are limited and to be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis.


Terms and Conditions

Admission Instructions

  1. Participation will be available through online reservations and a walk-in eTicket. Participants must redeem various entry tickets using MTR points to enter the venue. Bouncing Playground will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited quota per session.
  2. For safety reasons, all participants must be aged 3 or above. Children under the age of 3 or with a height below 80 cm are not allowed to enter.Height will be measured by staff on-site and their judgment is final.
  3. Each Family eTicket must be used by an adult aged 18 or above accompanying a child aged 3 or above. The operator only provides venue facilities services and is not responsible for child care.
  4. For hygiene and safety reasons, all participants must wear socks and comfortable clothing when entering and playing in the Bouncing Playground. We strongly recommend that children wear non-slip socks to prevent tripping and ensure a safer play experience. Participants may bring their own non-slip socks. A limited quantity of non-slip socks is available on-site and can be redeemed for 1,000 MTR points (While supplies last). Adult companion should ensure that their children avoid wearing clothing that may easily come off or become too revealing while playing on the Bouncing Playground, as well as clothing that may pose a choking hazard.
  5. Adult companionmust be responsible for the safety of their children or the children they bring with them to the Bouncing Playground and bear full responsibility for taking care of accompanying children.
  6. Adult companionneed to guide and supervise their accompanying children and do not run, push, fight, bully, litter or defecate in the field and shall ensure that their children follow the instructions of staff, otherwise, they may be asked to refrain from playing on the Bouncing Playground.
  7. The venue has a pram parking area. Strollers, pushchairs, shopping carts, storage bins with wheels, luggage, or any bulky items are not allowed inside the Bouncing Playground.
  8. Before entering the venue, all shoes, badges, jewelry (such as large earrings and necklaces) and any sharp objects must be removed from all participating children to prevent damaging the venue and any related equipment as well as to avoid the risk of injuring the child to whom such items belong and of other participating children.

Health and Safety

  1. The venue must be kept clean, eating and drinking is strictly prohibited, and no food (including chewing gum) or drinks are allowed into the venue.
  2. Littering, spitting, or any other unhygienic behavior is strictly prohibited.
  3. For hygiene and safety reasons, all participants must wear socks and comfortable clothing when entering and playing in the Bouncing Playground.   4. The use of obscene language or conduct deemed indecent, offensive, disturbing, or inappropriate is prohibited on the premises.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any person who may transmit diseases, exhibit aggression, or engage in violent behavior towards others.
  6. Please do not obstruct or interfere with the staff while they are performing their duties or enforcing venue rules.
  7. If participants are feeling unwell, please notify venue staff immediately.
  8. The organizer does not assume any responsibility for injuries caused by improper use of facilities by participants.
  9. A first aid kit is available on-site for emergencies. If necessary, please contact the staff.
  10. To ensure the safety of all participants, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff. The venue is equipped with a closed-circuit television surveillance system for 24-hour monitoring.
  11. To maintain the cleanliness of the venue, staff will clean and disinfect the premises periodically throughout the day.

Personal belongings

  1. When entering the venue to play, participants should take care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the venue. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed property without prior notice.

Facilities

  1. Quotas apply to all Bouncing Playground in the venue. Bouncing Playground will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited quota per session.
  2. Each play session at the Bouncing Playground lasts 20 minutes.Participants with online reservations must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session to complete registration procedures.
  3. A limited number of Family admission eTickets will be available for on-site redemption with 1,000 MTR Points, starting 30 minutes before each session. Participants with on-site tickets must arrive 5 minutes before the time stated on their ticket to allow sufficient time for registration. Late arrivals will not be granted extra playtime or refunded.
  4. The organizer will regularly assign personnel to inspect and maintain the facilities. If participants notice any damage to any facilities in the venue, please notify the venue staff immediately.
  5. If a participants damages the facilities in the Bouncing Playground during their admission to the amusement facilities, the organizer reserves the right to seek reasonable compensation from the responsible participant. The amount of compensation will be determined by the organizer.

Arrangements under Bad Weather Conditions

The activities will be cancelled in the situation where Black Rainstorm Signal or T8 and above typhoon signal. Related MTR Points will return to the participants’ account within 10 working days. Please refer to the table below for information on arrangements under bad weather conditions.

Precautions

  1. Young children should not play alone, especially when climbing and landing, as they may require adult supervision.
  2. Adult companion with children who are suffering from any injuries, skin diseases, illness, fever, heart condition, neck or spinal problems MUST refrain from letting their children play on the event and shall be solely responsible for the safety and well-being of their children, if they fail to heed to this warning. Organizer reserves the right to refuse the entry of any children to play in/on the playground on the grounds of safety for the child concerned and/or for the safety of other participating children if the organizer becomes aware of any of the aforesaid conditions affecting any of the participating children.
  3. Before using the slide, make sure to remove items from your pockets that may easily be dropped.
  4. Do not slide down the edge of the slide or attempt to climb up the slide in the wrong direction.
  5. Do not swing, run, or make dangerous movements such as jumping on the slide.
  6. All Participants are requested to follow the instructions of the on-site staff. If there are repeated failures to comply, the staff reserves the right to refuse entry or expel Participants from the Bouncing Playground.
  7. You acknowledge and accept that the organizer is at liberty to make any changes or adjustments to the rules and format of this event from time to time without giving prior notice. In the event of any disputes arising out of this event. The organizer shall have the full and final say on all matters concerning this Event. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Safety Guidelines and Disclaimer

1. There may be numerous risks and dangers associated with the rides, and any participants, regardless of their use or misuse of the rides, may pose significant risks to themselves and others. Please carefully read the House Rules before entering and using the Bouncing Playground, expressly assuming and accepting all risks that may arise from its use.

2. Please comply with the restrictions on the use of the Bouncing Playground, which include but are not limited to limitations on the number of users, age restrictions, admission instructions, and health and safety guidelines. Any violation of the rules and instructions provided by the staff on-site will increase the risk of accidents and may result in injury.

3. The supplier, venue owner, or operator of the Bouncing Playground shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or accident arising from the use of the ride. Please take full responsibility for any potential consequences.

4. Participants (adults and children) entering the Bouncing Playground agree to waive any liability for personal injury or death that may occur as a result of participating in the activities. This includes injuries or property damage caused by the negligence of the operators or the actions of other participants.

5. If any loss occurs due to negligence or other actions during the Bouncing Playground activities, you agree to indemnify and protect the operators from any legal claims or costs, including reasonable legal fees.

6. Please consider the age, height, maturity, strength, weight, health condition, and other attributes for self, companions, or children under your care when choosing to participate. Adults are responsible for the safe custody and care of their children and possessions.

7. By joining the Bouncing playground, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to the House Rules and are bound by them.
