Maritime Square shall allow Pets to enter and stay subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By bringing your Pet into Maritime Square, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- Only domesticated pet dogs and cats (“Pet(s)”) are permitted to enter Maritime Square. All other animals are prohibited, unless with the prior written consent from the management office.
- Pet owners must comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations, Terms and Conditions and the instructions of the Maritime Square staff. If pet owners are found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and/or if the Company in its sole discretion determines that the behaviors of the pet(s) or their owners are a threat to and/or a disturbance to others, the Company shall have the right to deny entry to Maritime Square or request the pet owners and their pet(s) to leave immediately.
- Pet owners shall be solely responsible for their safety and the safety of their pet(s) and/or their property and/or belongings, and shall be solely responsible for any injuries and/or damage to and/or loss of property and/or belongings of others and/or their pet(s) while at Maritime Square. The Company shall not be responsible and do not assume any liability for any such injuries, damage and/or loss, whether such injuries, damage and/or loss is caused by the Company or otherwise.
- “Fighting dogs”, or other “known dangerous dogs” as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) are not allowed to enter Maritime Square.
- Pet owners shall keep your pet(s) in a pet stroller or carry bag, or carry by hand while staying in the indoor area of Maritime Square.
- Pet owners are permitted to walk their pet(s) at the 2/F Green Balcony and R/F Roof Garden of Maritime Square 2 and shall always keep their pet(s) on a leash of no longer than 1.5 meters in length.
- According to statutory requirement, pet(s) are not allowed to enter restaurants or supermarkets. Offenders are liable to prosecution.
- Pet Owners shall always keep the environment in clean and hygienic condition, and use their own sealed bags, containers and/or tools for immediate clean-up of any faeces or urine of their pet(s) before proper disposal.
- Maritime Square has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of the Company (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
- The above Pets guideline is except for guide dogs & dogs in connection with the exercise of a lawful power.
