【Maritime Square 25th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw】

1. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eVoucher.

2. Registered users of MTR Mobile must allow MTR Mobile App to access the camera function of the device to use eVoucher. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).

3. During promotion period, MTR Mobile registered users can get a lucky draw chance upon single electronic spending¹ of HK$200 or above at participating shops in Maritime Square and register the receipts at MTR Mobile App to earn “MTR Points” successfully. Please refer to Maritime Square website, MTR Points Promotion, for “Designated participating shops list”

4. Winners and the results of the lucky draw will be published as the date below. All winners will be randomly drawn by a computer system of MTR from all the Eligible users enrolled in the Lucky Draw. The lucky draw result will be notified via MTR Mobile inbox message and published on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.

5. Anyone who participates in this promotion signifies that he/she understands and agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" of this promotion. In case of any violations, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify him/her from participation or winning the prize, and to hold him/her accountable for any behaviours that disrupt this promotion.

6. Winners will receive MTR Mobile inbox message from organizer for reward details. All rewards will be sent out to MTR Mobile account in the format of MTR Mobile eVoucher or MTR Points. Eligible user must ensure the MTR Mobile account is still valid to receive eVoucher/MTR Points, otherwise, eVoucher/MTR Points will not be placed in the MTR Mobile account.

7. MTR Points and Lucky Draw chance will not be granted on any unregistered, void, and partially or fully refunded transactions.

8. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eVoucher to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. MTR Malls and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eVoucher(s) of such registered user. MTR Malls also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eVoucher and eVoucher already redeemed at merchants. MTR Malls shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eVoucher improperly.

9. Only Machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slip or screencap of the electronic payment transaction must clearly showing the name of qualifying Merchants, shop address, invoice number, transaction date, amount of the transaction, product information and sales record will be accepted. All damaged or modified receipts will be forfeited. Receipts with the abovementioned information being masked, any receipts of cash or cash voucher payments, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted for this Promotion. Machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips or screencap of the electronic payment transaction must be in the name of the Registered User of MTR Mobile account. Otherwise, MTR Points and eCoupon will not be granted. For verification purpose, staff at the redemption counter or management office reserves the right to capture the images of original machine printed sales receipts and electronic payment slips provided by the Registered Users. No alteration or change of the receipts will be allowed once verified.

10. Receipts from the following shops or services or transactions are not counted as Eligible Transaction or entitled to earn MTR Points: Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform, online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards(except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, clothing adjustment, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services, postal services etc.), betting, school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, 999.9 gold and gold savings club (not including decorated gold).

11. For the interests of the cardholder and shopper, staff at the redemption counter or management office reserves the authority to request the original receipts for record and verification. Staff will immediately stamp the receipt and electronic payment slip as confirmation, and there will be no changes once the information is verified and registered.

12. Upon gift redemption, registered users should check the gift and the total amount of updated MTR Points at the time of redemption. Once the gift redemption procedure is completed, the gift and MTR Points will not be returned or changed. Any cash vouchers or discount vouchers that may be redeemed as gifts/ rewards under the captioned Promotion shall not be refunded or redeemable for cash.

13. All prizes cannot be resold and exchanged for cash, other products or offers. Any unused services or entitlements will be cancelled without compensation after the validity period of the prizes has expired.

14. If it is discovered that a participant uses an empty account, a fake account or hacks and/or modifies the software program in any way, or the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant participates in or procures others to participate in the promotion by any unfair, dishonest, improper or illegal means, or promotes others to participate in this promotion for any benefit without the prior consent of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participants from participation and/or winning the prize. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue any actions that interfere with and/or disrupt the promotion.

15. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of MTR Point Scheme, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 16. In case of any disputes, the decision of Maritime Square management office shall be final.

17. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
