Promotion Period: April 26 to June 16, 2024

¹Electronic spending includes credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, QuickPass, Tap & Go, Faster Payment System (FPS) Payme, OpenRice pay, Atome or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap.584). Each receipt must be HK$800 or above.

²From 26 Apr to 16 Jun 2024, MTR Mobile Registered Users are required to register with the machine printed sales receipts (each receipt representing a single transaction) and corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction within thirty (30) days from date of the Eligible Transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts) or before 11:59pm, 17 Jun 2024 (whichever is earlier) and earn the “MTR Points” successfully.  Each eligible receipt can be gained the lucky draw chance ONCE.

³Valued HK$100 MMTR Malls Designated Categories eCoupon applicable to participating Fashion, Kids Wear, Shoes & Bags, Sports, Optical, Beauty, Watch & Jewellery and Electronic & Telecommunication shops at Maritime Square. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every net spending of HK$300 or above. A max of 10 eCoupons can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. The eCoupon will be expired on 30 Jun 2024.

Terms and Conditions

1. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eVoucher.

2. Registered users of MTR Mobile must allow MTR Mobile App to access the camera function of the device to use eVoucher. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).

3. During promotion period, MTR Mobile registered users can get a celebrating rewards upon single electronic spending¹of designated amount at participating shops in Maritime Square and register the receipts at MTR Mobile App to earn “MTR Points” successfully.

4. Anyone who participates in this promotion signifies that he/she understands and agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" of this promotion. In case of any violations, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify him/her from participation or winning the prize, and to hold him/her accountable for any behaviours that disrupt this promotion.

5. All rewards will be sent out to MTR Mobile account in the format of MTR Mobile eCoupon. Eligible user must ensure the MTR Mobile account is still valid to receive eCoupon, otherwise, eVoucher will not be placed in the MTR Mobile account.

6. MTR Points and Rewards will not be granted on any unregistered, void, and partially or fully refunded transactions.

7. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eVoucher to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. MTR Malls and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eVoucher(s) of such registered user. MTR Malls also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eVoucher and eVoucher already redeemed at merchants. MTR Malls shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eVoucher improperly.

8. Only Machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slip or screencap of the electronic payment transaction must clearly showing the name of qualifying Merchants, shop address, invoice number, transaction date, amount of the transaction, product information and sales record will be accepted. All damaged or modified receipts will be forfeited. Receipts with the abovementioned information being masked, any receipts of cash or cash voucher payments, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted for this Promotion. Machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips or screencap of the electronic payment transaction must be in the name of the Registered User of MTR Mobile account. Otherwise, MTR Points and eCoupon will not be granted. For verification purpose, staff at the redemption counter or management office counter reserves the right to capture the images of original machine printed sales receipts and electronic payment slips provided by the Registered Users and will stamp on them. No alteration or change of the receipts will be allowed once verified

9. Receipts from the following shops or services or transactions are not counted as Eligible Transaction or entitled to earn MTR Points: Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform, online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards(except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, clothing adjustment, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services, postal services etc.), betting, school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, 999.9 gold and gold savings club (not including decorated gold).

10. For the interests of the cardholder and shopper, staff at the redemption counter or management office reserves the authority to request the original receipts for record and verification. Staff will immediately stamp the receipt and electronic payment slip as confirmation, and there will be no changes once the information is verified and registered.

11. Upon gift redemption, registered users should check the gift and the total amount of updated MTR Points at the time of redemption. Once the gift redemption procedure is completed, the gift and MTR Points will not be returned or changed. Any cash vouchers or discount vouchers that may be redeemed as gifts/ rewards under the captioned Promotion shall not be refunded or redeemable for cash.

12. All prizes cannot be resold and exchanged for cash, other products or offers. Any unused services or entitlements will be cancelled without compensation after the validity period of the prizes has expired.

13. If it is discovered that a participant uses an empty account, a fake account or hacks and/or modifies the software program in any way, or the Organiser has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant participates in or procures others to participate in the promotion by any unfair, dishonest, improper or illegal means, or promotes others to participate in this promotion for any benefit without the prior consent of the Organiser, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participants from participation and/or winning the prize. The Organiser reserves the right to pursue any actions that interfere with and/or disrupt the promotion.

14. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of MTR Point Scheme, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 15. In case of any disputes, the decision of Maritime Square management office shall be final.

16. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
